Shipping Policy for High Country Oxygen

At High Country Oxygen, we are committed to providing our customers with fast, reliable, and safe delivery of all oxygen-related products. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship orders.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship through trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight Shipping: Available upon request (additional fees apply)
Note: Certain medical equipment may require special handling or signature upon delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated using real-time carrier rates at checkout. Our system connects directly with shipping carriers to display the most accurate pricing available based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and current carrier pricing at the time of your order. This ensures customers receive transparent shipping costs without markups or flat-rate estimates. All available shipping options and delivery timelines will be presented during checkout before the order is finalized.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to regulatory requirements and carrier limitations: We do not ship oxygen cylinders or concentrators to P.O. Boxes. Some products (such as oxygen concentrators) may only be shipped within the continental U.S. We do not offer international shipping at this time
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or refund. Include your order number and photos of any damage if applicable.
